The Recruit is about a normal teenage boy called James Choke, who comes home one day to find his obese mum dead and is sent to an orphanage. One minute he is at Nabraska House the next he is at the Cherub campus and doing basic training to earn his grey shirt and become a spy. You'll find many interesting characters, including instructors, friends, and terrorists.
I would recomend this book to teenagers.
